Mukta Fusiontech Systems Private Limited strives to deliver high-quality technology solutions, software services, and customer satisfaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which service orders or purchases may be canceled or refunded.
Clients may request a cancellation of an ordered service or project contract within 24 to 48 hours of order placement, provided the project initiation, provisioning, development, or service setup has not yet commenced. Once technical resources have been allocated, customized development has started, or software licenses have been issued, cancellation requests may be accepted only on a case-by-case basis and may incur reasonable deduction charges for work already completed.
Refunds for subscription-based products or recurring services are evaluated on their specific service level agreements (SLAs). In the event of a verified billing error, duplicate charge, or inability on our part to deliver the agreed-upon technical milestone within contractually stipulated cure periods, you may be eligible for a pro-rated or full refund as appropriate. Setup fees, consulting hours rendered, customized engineering labor, third-party software licensing costs, and domain or server procurement costs are strictly non-refundable once incurred.
To formally request a cancellation or refund, you must submit a written request to our support desk detailing your invoice number, order date, and reason for the request. Once received, our finance and technical teams will review your submission and notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim within 7 to 10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 working days following approval, subject to standard banking settlement cycles.
